**Looking to start work June onward**

Welcome! I'm Liz Mahon, and I'm currently a 5th-year Ph.D. student in Dr. Margie Lachman's Lifespan Lab at Brandeis University. I research cognitive aging, with a focus on identifying earlier-life risk factors for Alzheimer's disease through digital and cognitive biometrics. Currently, I look at voice and physiological biomarkers as predictors of later-life cognitive changes and Alzheimer's risk. I enjoy mentoring students, collaborating on innovative scientific tech projects, managing teams of enthuasistic individuals, and developing tools for long-term accessible monitoring. Previously, I worked at the longitudinal and multigenerational Framingham Heart Study in Dr. Rhoda Au's Neuropsychology Group investigating neuropsychological and neuropathological biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. I graduated from Harvard College in 2016, where I was a research assistant and senior thesis student in the McNally Laboratory.
