Our lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, this is due to your order being custom made from scratch. Lead time might differ should you have a big order and additional charger might apply for rush orders. 

Lize's Collection has a no-return and no-refund policy as all robes, kimonos and other items are custom made, specifically to your requirements. Report faulty product within 3 days of receiving. 

At the moment we only accept EFT payments. Banking details will be available on your invoice.

As all our products are custom made, we offer all sizes. When selecting a size for your robe or kimono, please keep the biggest part of your body in mind. Additional costs will apply for sizes bigger than XL.  

Yes you can! By measuring from the top of your shoulder, where the seam of the robe would be, along your body to the desired length, you can give us the exact measurement for your robe. Additional costs will apply for measurements longer than 100cm.   

We offer any colour you can think of! When placing your order please indicate what colour/s you are looking for. You can also let us know if you would like to see some colour options if you haven't decided yet. The same rule apply for all floral/printed fabric, but we will send you options to choose from.     

Yes you can. You will receive tracking details with your shipping confirmation email/message from us. We use Aramex, Pudo and Paxi courier services.
