The Living Color Team members use their knowledge to plan and direct all aspects of their ministry so that the strengths of all are used and the needs of all are met. On their team, they recognize that because of our God-given differences, each of us brings a unique ability to the planning process that results in something really special. They are eager to bring this dynamic to others through the Living Color Conference.
The Living Color Conference begins with a brief explanation of personality theories and why the four “color” personalities are an easy way to remember how personalities work. An assessment is then given to gauge how high participants rank in each color. Discussion and sharing follow, enabling each of us to see how we relate to each other and how to understand and meet the needs of those around us, whether it is family, friends, co-workers, or church members.
In addition to the assessment, discussion, and sharing, groups who book a conference may choose from an assortment of activities that help them process and apply their new knowledge about themselves and others.
