Privacy Policy

Mobistory Ltd ("we", "us") operates the mobile application Wallzen - Live Wallpaper 4K (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why, and what choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

Stored only on your device

The App saves your favourites, your viewing history, your chosen language, and your consent choices locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Photo library

The App asks for permission to access your photo library for two reasons: to save a wallpaper or Live Photo that you download or create, and to let you import a video you select when creating your own Live Wallpaper. We only ever access the specific items you choose. We do not scan, upload, read, or transmit your photos or videos. All processing happens on your device.

Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process: device identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA, if you allow tracking); device information such as model, operating system version, language and region; coarse location derived from your IP address; and ad interaction data such as which ads were shown and tapped. Google may use this information to show you personalised or non-personalised ads and to measure ad performance. 2. App Tracking Transparency and Consent

On first launch, the App asks for your permission before any tracking takes place.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

iOS asks whether you allow the App to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, no IDFA is shared and you will only receive non-personalised ads.

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

We show a Google-certified consent form (Google UMP) so that you can accept or refuse personalised advertising, in line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

You can change your mind at any time in the App's Settings, or in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above only to keep the App working (loading the wallpaper catalogue, saving your favourites and history), to display advertising that keeps the App free, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except our advertising provider, Google AdMob, strictly for the purposes described above. The App also downloads its wallpaper catalogue and images from our content servers; those requests include your IP address, as is normal for any internet request.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to it, or to ask for it to be transferred.

Because the App does not hold an account or any server-side profile for you, the fastest way to exercise these rights is to withdraw ad consent in the App's Settings (or in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking), and to uninstall the App, which removes all locally stored data.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our servers. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policy.

8. Security

All network requests made by the App use encrypted HTTPS connections. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data involved.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the App.
