By downloading, installing, or using the Live Simulator application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
Live Simulator is an entertainment application that allows users to create simulated live streams resembling those from Instagram and TikTok platforms. All content created through our App is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
By using Live Simulator, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years of age
You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
You understand that the App creates simulations and does not actually broadcast to Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform
You will not use the App to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
You agree not to use Live Simulator to:
Create content that simulates illegal activities
Create content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
Create content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
Attempt to deceive others by presenting simulated content as genuine live broadcasts
Use the likenesses of public figures without permission for commercial purposes
Engage in any activity that violates the terms of service of Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms
Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Live Simulator and its licensors.
You retain your rights to any content you create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display content created with our App for the purposes of improving our services and promoting the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
Live Simulator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platforms that may be simulated within the App.
Your use of Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our App does not violate those terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Live Simulator and its licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
