Welcome to Live Score AI Football, an AI-powered mobile application ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Live Score AI Football (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of Live Score AI Football, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
1.2 Eligibility

1.3 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Live Score AI Football for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its underlying code.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use the App to build a competing product or service.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, access, or interact with the App without prior written permission.
Misrepresent AI-generated predictions as guaranteed outcomes or professional sports advice.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations while using the App.
1.4 User-Generated Content & Responsibility
Live Score AI Football may allow users to input preferences, submit feedback, or interact with certain content features ("User Content"). You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit or generate through the App.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display that content solely to deliver the App's services.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for any User Content.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
1.5 AI-Generated Predictions & Content
Live Score AI Football uses artificial intelligence to analyze football data and generate match predictions, statistics, and insights ("AI Content"). You understand and expressly agree that:
All predictions are AI-generated estimates based on historical data and algorithmic analysis. They are not guaranteed outcomes.
AI Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional sports advice, financial advice, or encouragement to engage in sports betting.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction or AI-generated content.
AI Content does not represent our views or opinions.
You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated predictions. We expressly disclaim any liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on AI Content.
Football outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance or prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results.
1.6 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, user interface designs, and intellectual property within Live Score AI Football that is not User Content belongs to us or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any such content without express written permission.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us.
Note: Football team names, club logos, league names, and related marks referenced within the App may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Live Score AI Football is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any football club, league, governing body, or media rights holder.
1.7 Third-Party Services
Live Score AI Football may integrate or interact with third-party services, tools, platforms, content providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and infrastructure providers to support and enhance the functionality of the App, including but not limited to:
Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements.
Firebase — for backend services, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics — for analytics and performance monitoring.
Third-party football data providers — for match schedules, statistics, and historical data.
These third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. We encourage users to review those policies before interacting with such services.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, policies, or business practices of third-party services.
1.8 Advertisements
Live Score AI Football displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and other advertising partners. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Ads may be personalized based on your interests and usage behavior, subject to Google's advertising policies and your device privacy settings.
1.9 Disclaimer — Sports Betting & Gambling
Live Score AI Football is a prediction and analytics tool powered by AI. It is not a sports betting platform, does not facilitate wagering, and does not encourage gambling in any form. Any use of AI-generated predictions for betting or gambling purposes is done entirely at the user's own risk and discretion, in compliance with local laws. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for outcomes related to gambling or betting activities.
1.10 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Live Score AI Football at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate any provision of these Terms.
Your use of the App creates legal risk or harm to us or other users.
Required by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.
1.11 Disclaimer of Warranties
Live Score AI Football is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
AI-generated predictions will be accurate or match real-world outcomes.
Any defects or errors in the App will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
1.12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Any reliance placed on AI-generated football predictions or insights.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $10.
1.14 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.15 No Gambling or Financial Guarantees
Live Score AI Football is designed for informational, entertainment, and statistical analysis purposes only.
The App does not provide real-money gambling services, betting placement, wagering functionality, sportsbooks, or cash prize systems.
Predictions, confidence scores, probabilities, and match insights generated by the App are algorithmic estimations only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of outcomes, winnings, profits, or financial success.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or profitability of any prediction, recommendation, or statistical insight presented within the App.
Users are solely responsible for how they interpret or use the information provided by the App.
1.16 Premium Subscription & Billing
Certain features of Live Score AI Football may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase ("Premium Features").
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the user's Google Play account settings.
Payments, billing management, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by Google Play in accordance with Google's billing policies and applicable laws.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.
1.17 Service Availability
Certain matches, leagues, live statistics, AI predictions, visualizations, or premium features may not be available in all countries, regions, or at all times.
Service availability may vary due to licensing limitations, technical maintenance, third-party data providers, internet connectivity, or platform restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
