Cancellation policy

Cancellations received in writing before Friday 31st July 2026 will be subject to an administrative levy (£100) and therefore entitled to a refund of the balance (£TBC). 

After this date, any refunds CANNOT be given unless a like-for-like replacement delegate can be found. 

Bookings may be transferred to a colleague provided that details are submitted, in writing, to the Course Administrator by no later Monday 24th August 2026.
