Cancellation policy

1.  Cancellation requests received in writing 12 weeks prior to the course commencing will be refunded the course fee minus a £100 administration fee. 

2. Cancellation requests received in writing 6-12 weeks prior to the course will be entitled to 50% of the course fees refunded. 

3. Cancellation requests received less than 6 weeks prior to the course will not be eligible to any refund.  If the delegate can find a colleague who meets all the requirements of course registration to replace them on the course, then they will be entitled to their course fees refunded minus £100 administration fee.
