Live Streaming, Video, and Audio Data When you use our Live Stream features, we require access to your device's camera and microphone. This video and audio data is processed strictly in real-time to broadcast your stream to other users. We do not permanently record or store your live broadcasts, camera, or microphone data on our servers without your explicit consent. Access to the camera and microphone is only active when you are actively broadcasting or participating in a live session.

User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation Users may upload content such as profile photos, messages, or other media, and participate in live broadcasts. Users are solely responsible for the content they share within the application.

To ensure a safe environment, LiveLove strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to: hate speech, violence, harassment, explicit or sexual content, and illegal activities.

Reporting and Blocking: Users can block other users or report inappropriate content and behavior in real-time during live streams and chats.
Moderation Response: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Any user found violating our content rules will have their content immediately removed and their account permanently suspended.

Identity Verification Certain features (such as verified profiles) require users to complete a verification process. This may include:

Phone number verification (SMS)
Selfie submission for identity validation
Basic identity details (such as name)

This data is used only for verification purposes and is not shared with other users.

Financial Information (IBAN) If users choose to access payout or reward features, they may be required to provide financial information such as IBAN.

It is not shared publicly

Data Storage and Security User data is stored securely using trusted third-party cloud services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Verification data (including selfie and IBAN) is deleted

Children’s Privacy LiveLove is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.
