This Privacy Policy explains how Live Radio ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Live Radio lets you stream and listen to live online radio stations. You can use the App without creating an account or providing any personal identity information.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to register or provide personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number to use Live Radio. However, some information is collected automatically or by the third-party services we rely on, as described below.

a) Information stored on your device

Favorites and preferences: Your list of favorite radio stations, recently played stations, and app settings (such as theme, sleep timer, or volume) are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

b) Information collected automatically

Device and usage data: When you use the App, certain technical data may be collected automatically, including device model, operating system version, language, approximate region, IP address, advertising identifier, crash logs, and interactions within the App.
This data is collected primarily through the third-party advertising and analytics services described in Section 3, and is used to keep the App running, improve stability, and display advertising.

c) Radio streaming

Radio streams are provided by third-party stations and streaming servers. When you play a station, your device connects directly to that provider's servers, which may receive your IP address and technical request data. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party radio stations or streaming providers.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its core radio-streaming features.
To remember your favorite stations and preferences on your device.
To display and measure advertising that supports the free version of the App.
To understand how the App is used, diagnose crashes, and improve performance and reliability.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

Live Radio uses trusted third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. These include:

Google AdMob (advertising) – The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process data such as IP address, advertising identifier, device identifiers, and user interactions to serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud. Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics) – Collects anonymized usage and diagnostic data to help us understand app performance and user behavior. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

We do not sell your personal information. Information shared with these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

The free version of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob.
You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, where you may reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.

5. Consent for Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we (through Google's consent management) will ask for your consent before using personal data such as your advertising ID for personalized advertising, in line with the EU User Consent Policy, the GDPR, and the ePrivacy Directive. You may choose to receive non-personalized ads instead, and you can change your choice later in the App settings where available.

6. Data Retention

Preferences and favorites remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Data processed by third-party services (such as advertising and analytics data) is retained according to those providers' own retention policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Live Radio is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the App does not maintain a personal account for you, most of your data can be cleared directly by deleting the App's data or uninstalling it. For requests related to data held by third-party providers, please refer to their privacy policies, or contact us and we will assist where we can.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
