Teaching Style 

My teaching style aims to make learning fun and engaging. Depending on your current level, we will move through the necessary steps and stages that will enable you to progress sufficiently to where you want to be. This includes understanding the strings, notes, frets, and the theory relating to how everything works together. From there, focus is put on learning to read TAB and chord diagrams, which will then be practiced with basic scales and open chords. Furthering from this can be additional scales, barre chords, power chords, finger-picking, soloing, or any particular guitar playing you wish to focus on. All throughout this process I make sure that my student's are aware of the correct playing techniques and frequently engage with any concerns or struggles there may be. 

 I am able to assist students in completing their Rockschool Guitar Exams if they wish to complete these accreditations.
