Little Lions Child Care Center focuses on employing and retaining professional staff that build positive relationships with children that are sure to last a lifetime. Our staff serves as role models to the children, promoting independence, building self-esteem, and helping the children learn more about the world we live in. Little Lions professional staff members respect each child individually. We understand that children are striving to learn and explore, as they gain self-control and confidence, they seek understanding.
All staff members of Little Lions Child Care Center have undergone training in the field of Early Childhood Education and are certified by the Department of Children and Families. They are dedicated to making your family's childcare experience positive, a strong building block for your child's future education.
All staff members participate in yearly Continuing Education programs to ensure that the care your child is receiving is top of the line. All staff members are CPR/First Aid certified, and have training in SIDS, Shaking Baby Syndrome, and Abusive Head Trauma.
Meet Mrs. Alanna
Working in Child Care since 2012, Alanna's passion for early childhood runs deep. Alanna has an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, an Administrative Credential, and eight years of Director experience.

When not impacting the lives of our youngest learners, Alanna can be found spending time with her family. Alanna and her husband, Sean, have three young girls, together they enjoy camping, baking, and going to the zoo!
Meet Ms. Brittney
With twenty years of experience in Early Childhood, Brittney has gladly stepped into the position as the lead PreK teacher for Little Lions Child Care Center. Brittney has a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a desire to continue further her education even more.

Outside of teaching, Brittney can be found here in the great town of Theresa. Brittney and her fiance, Irby, have five children, most of which attend the Lomira School District (Go Lions!). Together, they enjoy camping, disc golf, escape rooms and a great movie night!
Meet Mrs. Miranda
Miranda enjoys working with children of all ages! She truly finds a way to connect with each stage of early childhood. Miranda and her husband, Steve, have four children who attend the Lomira School District. In her free time, you can find Miranda reading, fishing or playing sports with one of her kiddos!
Meet Mrs. Diane
Ms. Diane has a love for reading to the children, as you can see! Diane joined the Little Lions family in early in 2025, as a support teacher. She consistently works with the infants and toddlers as she absolutely adores the infant age. With over twenty years in the childcare field, Diane has build many relationships with children that she considers her own.
Meet Ms. Kailee
Ms. Kailee has over five years of experience in the field of Early Childhood with an additional few years of nannying as well. Workign with young children and watching them grow is where Kailee finds her greatest you. Kailee,her fiance and their daughter Nora enjoy spending time camping and being outdoors! Kailee plans to bring her love for the outdoors into the classroom!
Meet Mrs. Stephanie
Ms. Stephanie comes to Little Lions Child Care with many years of unofficial childcare experience. Stephanie has been around children since the young age of twelve herself. From babysitting, nannying and having children of her own, childcare comes naturally to her! Here at Little Lions, Stephanie can be found hanging out with our youngest learners, the infants and toddlers.
