Who we are

We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at ai.apps.info.contact@gmail.com.

This policy describes the Little Listeners mobile app. The app helps children explore sounds through illustrated cards and games. It is designed for children aged 0–5 with a parent or guardian. Purchases, support and settings are intended for adults.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your selected age group, language, sound-repeat preference, onboarding status and game-category selections on your device. It also stores counts of card visits and completed games, and whether an app-rating prompt has been requested. These counters are used locally to decide when to request a review; they are not sent to us as gameplay analytics.

The selected age group is a content preference, not a child's date of birth. We do not require an account, name or email address to play. Device backups may include locally stored settings according to your operating-system settings.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, determine access to paid collections and restore purchases.

RevenueCat receives an automatically generated App User ID, store transaction information and technical information needed to operate its purchase service, such as app and SDK versions and device/platform information. It may process connection information, including IP addresses, when communicating with its servers. Purchase-service information may be processed when the app starts, even if you have not purchased anything.

The App User ID is a pseudonymous identifier, not your child's name or an account you create in the app. Purchase data can include product and transaction identifiers, transaction dates and access status. We can view purchase and access information in RevenueCat to provide support. We do not configure advertising attribution or provide RevenueCat with your child's name, selected age group or gameplay results.

For provider information, see RevenueCat's privacy information and Apple's Privacy Policy. RevenueCat processes app end-user data on our behalf; this policy describes our use of that service.

Contacting support

If you choose “Contact us,” the app opens a draft in your email application addressed to ai.apps.info.contact@gmail.com. The draft includes the app version, platform and RevenueCat App User ID when available. You can edit or remove this information before sending. The app does not send the email automatically.

If you send it, we receive your email address, message, included technical information and any attachments. We use these to respond and investigate issues, including purchases. Our support mailbox is hosted by Google. Please do not include a child's name, photos, voice recordings or other identifying information unless necessary to resolve your request.

Children, permissions and advertising

The app has no advertisements, chat, public profiles or user-generated posts. It does not record children speaking or use the microphone to evaluate speech. Sound imitation uses supplied audio or system text-to-speech, not recordings of the child. We do not request camera, contacts or precise-location access for these features.

We do not use advertising identifiers, sell personal information, or share it for targeted advertising. The current app has no separate third-party gameplay analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Apple may process store, review and diagnostic information under its own policies and your device settings.

Adult-facing actions are protected by a parental challenge. That challenge is an access safeguard; it does not verify identity or constitute verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and delete information that is not necessary or legally required.

Purposes and legal bases

We process purchase information to deliver and restore purchased access, and support information to respond to requests. Where applicable, we rely on performance of our agreement with the adult purchaser, legitimate interests in maintaining secure and functioning services and responding to support requests, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we must obtain it before that activity. We do not treat a child's use of the app as consent to unrelated data processing.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared with service providers as needed for purchases and support, including RevenueCat, Apple and Google. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. These services may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable data-protection requirements and transfer safeguards apply to such processing.

The privacy and terms pages are hosted on Google Sites. Opening an external page subjects that visit to the website provider's own privacy practices, including its handling of cookies and connection information.

Retention and security

Local preferences generally remain until app data is removed; backups or platform-managed identifiers may persist separately. Uninstalling the app does not delete Apple purchase records or RevenueCat records.

Purchase records are retained as needed to maintain and restore access, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and related follow-up or legal requirements. We use service-provider security controls, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

An adult may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law, including restriction, objection and portability. Parents or guardians may contact us about information relating to their child. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

To help locate purchase records, provide the RevenueCat App User ID if available. We may request proportionate verification before acting. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Deleting service records can affect our ability to verify access; discuss restoration with us before requesting deletion. Apple manages its own store records separately.

Updates and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
