Natural Style - Traditional Chinese Kung Fu
Natural Style is a traditional martial arts which incorporates aerobics to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance; shares with yoga an emphasis on strength and flexibility and has qualities of dance as it improves agility and coordination. It is an art form as much as a form of self defense and rooted deeply into Chinese culture and philosophy.
Through this sport, children can not only learn martial arts ethics and traditional martial arts culture but also cultivate and understand their own bodies and learn to protect themselves. The practice process can also improve children's flexibility and coordination, and cultivate their patience, focus, and self-confidence. The main content of the course is to teach basic skills, body coordination, footwork, stretching, and routines.
