Every signer must be personally present with valid government-issued photo ID. Documents must be complete and ready for notarization.
With over 20 years of notary experience, I provide convenient mobile notarization for business owners, professionals, and local organizations. Mobile appointments are available at offices, workplaces, meeting locations, healthcare facilities, homes, and other agreed locations.

Business and Real-Estate Fees
Business documents: $2.50 for each notarization, plus the mobile travel fee.
Local business appointment with one notarization: $37.50 total.
Property sale or deed transfer: $15 notary fee, plus the mobile travel fee.
Mortgage, refinance, or loan signing: $25 notary fee, plus the mobile travel fee.
Local property sale or deed transfer appointment: Starts at $50 total.
Local mortgage, refinance, or loan signing appointment: Starts at $60 total.
Please tell me when booking if your documents are for a property sale, deed, mortgage, refinance, or loan. I will give you the full price before I travel.
For ordinary business documents, New Jersey’s standard fee is $2.50 per notarial act. For certain covered real-estate transfers, the transaction fee can be $15 total for the seller/grantor; for certain covered financing transactions, it can be $25 total for the borrower/mortgagor.
All signers must be present.
Bring valid government-issued photo ID.
Documents must be complete before the appointment.
Do not sign the document before the appointment if the document requires you to sign in front of the notary.
