This application (“Listify ”) allows users to create, manage, and organize lists. Users can also export their lists as JSON files and import lists by pasting JSON data. The App may later include advertising services such as Google Ads.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data You Create

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Lists created by the user

• Items inside each list

• Optional list metadata (if applicable)

We do not collect or upload this data to any server.

2.2 Import/Export Data

• Users may export lists as JSON files.

• Users may import lists by pasting or loading JSON files.

This data remains on the user’s device unless the user explicitly shares it.

2.3 Device Information (Future / Ads)

If advertising is enabled in future updates (e.g., Google AdMob), the following data may be collected by third-party services:

• Device advertising ID

• Basic device information (model, OS version)

• Interaction with ads

This is handled by Google and not stored by the App’s backend (since the App does not use a backend).

3. How We Use Data

We use data only to:

• Store and display user-created lists

• Allow import/export functionality

• Improve app performance locally

• Show advertisements (if enabled in future versions)

4. Data Storage

• All list data is stored locally on your device using a local database (e.g., SQLite).

• We do not operate any server that stores your data.

• Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services in the future, including:

Google AdMob (Future)

• Used to display ads

• May collect anonymized device data

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data.

Data is only shared in the following cases:

• When you export and manually share a JSON file

We use standard Android system security and local storage mechanisms. However:

• Users are responsible for protecting exported files

8. Children’s Privacy

This App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is not directed toward children.

9. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete all data by uninstalling the App

• Export your data anytime as JSON

• Import or overwrite data using JSON files

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if:

• Advertising is added

• Features change

Any changes will be published in-app or in the Play Store listing.
