Axe 1 : Transformation Digitale
Conception de modèles et de processus en vue d’outiller et d’accompagner les entreprises dans leur transformation digitale. Il s’agit d’identifier les dimensions de la transformation digitale, d’évaluer la maturité digitale et de mettre en place une feuille de route s’alignant avec la stratégie de la transformation digitale.
Axe 2 : Ingénierie des Données
Conception de modèles et de processus liés à la gestion de données. Ceci inclut la collecte, la préparation, l’analyse, le stockage et le processus d’innovation et de valorisation de données sous toutes leurs formes (massives, complexes, hétérogènes, incertaines).
Axe 3 : Sécurité de l'Information et Cybersécurité
Conception de modèles liés à l'ingénierie de la sécurité des systèmes et élaboration d'une démarche agile d’aide à l’implémentation d’un modèle de maturité de la sécurité pour accompagner les entreprises dans l'évaluation continue de la sécurité de leurs systèmes. Cet axe couvre aussi la conception d’algorithmes pour la sécurité des objets connectés.
Axe 4 : Architectures IoT & Big Data
Conception et élaboration d’architectures Big Data pour le stockage et le traitement de données issues des dispositifs IoT. Cet axe couvre aussi les aspects liés à la création de modèles prédictifs à partir de données collectées et analysées en vue de participer à la création de la valeur dans le cadre de la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.
Axe 5 : Ingénierie des Processus
Modélisation, analyse, conception et simulation des processus métiers dans un contexte de systèmes complexes. Il s'agit d'élaborer des approches de modélisation des processus métiers couvrant plusieurs dimensions telles que la dimension risque, la dimension SoS (System of Systems). La simulation de ces processus permet d'évaluer les solutions conçues avant leur implémentation.
