END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT – PRODUCTS
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Lisa Studio ("Lisa Studio", "we", "our") and you ("You" or "Your") regarding your use of Lisa Studio's website, mobile applications (the "Applications"), and the services provided through the website and applications (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA and Lisa Studio’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. The use of your data is governed by the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use.
Lisa Studio may update this EULA at any time by posting a new version via the Services. It is your responsibility to review this EULA periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are agreeing to this EULA on behalf of an organization, institution, or other legal entity ("Entity"), you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the Entity is bound by these terms.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Lisa Studio grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Lisa Studio.
When downloading the Applications from an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), you acknowledge:
The EULA is between you and Lisa Studio, not the app store.
The app store has no responsibility for maintenance, support, or warranty obligations.
The app store may refund the purchase price (if applicable), but all other issues remain the responsibility of Lisa Studio.
The app store is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.
You must also comply with any third-party terms when using the Applications.
Lisa Studio may offer virtual goods for purchase or use within the Services. These goods are licensed—not sold—to you, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Virtual goods may be:
Purchased using real money
Obtained via third-party virtual currency
Activated via special codes
All virtual goods are provided "as-is", for non-commercial use only, and may be modified or removed at any time without notice.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, LISA STUDIO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR VIRTUAL GOODS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Lisa Studio provides Services for educational purposes only. We are not a medical organization and do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise, diet, or habits.
Using the Services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Lisa Studio.
Any smoking-related data, estimations, or statistics ("Smoking Statistics Database") used in the Services are sourced from third parties or manually entered by Lisa Studio.
Lisa Studio is not responsible for any inaccuracies. You are responsible for ensuring the correctness and completeness of any smoking-related data.
You may not use or reproduce the data for commercial purposes without written consent from Lisa Studio.
Our nutrition information ("Nutrition Database") may include entries from Lisa Studio, third-party services, and users.
Lisa Studio does not guarantee the accuracy of this data. You are solely responsible for verifying any nutritional information before relying on it.
You may not use or distribute any part of the Nutrition Database for commercial purposes without Lisa Studio’s express written permission.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the possibility of encountering offensive or inaccurate third-party content, including unintentional links to such material.
You use the Services at your own risk, and Lisa Studio will not be liable for any offensive or objectionable content you may encounter.
