Welcome to LinkUp.ng ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkUp.ng app and its related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. App Description

LinkUp.ng is a marketplace app that connects buyers and sellers ("Users") for transactions facilitated within the app. The App provides a platform for Users to communicate, list items, browse, purchase, and sell products and services.

2. Escrow Service

We offer an escrow service where payment for items purchased is held in escrow until the item is delivered to the buyer without any complaints or reports within 7 days. This enhances buyer confidence and safeguards against fraudulent activities.

3. Transactions

a. Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for items purchased through the App. Payment is processed using Paystack, and funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation.

b. Seller Responsibilities: Sellers agree to accurately list items, provide detailed descriptions, and deliver items as described within the agreed-upon timeframe. Sellers can create invoices for buyers to pay using Paystack within the app's chat.

4. Dispute Resolution

a. Dispute Resolution Process: In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, we facilitate a dispute resolution process. If no resolution is reached within a reasonable time, the escrowed funds may be returned to the buyer.

b. Compliance: Users agree to cooperate with our dispute resolution process and provide accurate information.

5. User Conduct

a. Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in activities that violate laws, infringe rights, or disrupt the App's functioning. This includes fraudulent activities, impersonation, harassment, and illegal content.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Users retain ownership of their content. By using the App, Users grant us a license to use, display, and distribute their content within the App's context.

7. Modifications and Termination

a. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof without notice.

b. Termination: We may terminate or suspend User accounts or access to the App for violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy
