The Service Provider may process subscription-related technical information such as product ID, transaction verification result, entitlement status, subscription status, device profile ID, and related server-side verification records to confirm whether paid features are available on the user’s device.
The Service Provider does not directly collect or store the user’s credit card number, Apple ID password, or complete payment credentials.
OpenChart Realtime Chart may use third-party services to provide app functionality, server operation, push notifications, purchase verification, crash/error checking, and cloud-based data storage.
Such services may include, but are not limited to:
Apple App Store and StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions
Apple Push Notification service for push notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification delivery support
Firebase and Google Cloud for server operation, data storage, device-based entitlement management, and service infrastructure
External exchange or market data APIs, including Binance, for displaying crypto prices and charts
The Service may refer to public market data APIs to display crypto prices, charts, price changes, and related market information.
OpenChart Realtime Chart does not collect or send the user’s exchange account password, exchange API Secret, wallet private key, seed phrase, or access rights to real assets.
OpenChart Realtime Chart does not currently display third-party advertisements.
The Service does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs for personalized advertising.
If advertising, analytics, or additional tracking tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated, and users may be notified where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Technical logs, error information, and service operation data may still be processed for app stability, security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
If the user allows notifications, OpenChart Realtime Chart may send price alerts, alert-related notifications, subscription-related service notices, or important service notices.
Push notifications may require processing of push notification tokens, alert conditions, market symbols, target prices, device profile information, and delivery-related technical information.
Users can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings or within the app settings where available.
If notifications are disabled, some alert features may not work properly.
The Service may provide home screen widgets for checking selected crypto market prices.
To provide widget features, the Service may store or process selected market symbols, recently viewed markets, watchlist-related information, widget display settings, cached market data, app group storage data, and update timing information.
Widget information may be delayed, unavailable, or different from the latest market status due to iOS WidgetKit update policies, network conditions, cached data, external API delays, or device restrictions.
Collected information may be stored while it is needed to provide the Service, maintain app features, verify subscription status, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, or comply with legal and operational requirements.
Users may request data deletion, profile reset, alert removal, or notification data removal through the in-app support menu or by email.
The Service Provider will delete or reset information where technically possible and legally required.
Some logs or records may be retained for a reasonable period when needed for error handling, security, abuse prevention, service operation, legal compliance, or dispute response.
Because the Service may use a device-based profile, app deletion, device reset, device change, or secure storage changes may limit the ability to restore or identify previous data.
The Service Provider works to protect user information through reasonable technical and organizational measures such as encrypted communication, access control, server-side security rules, security logs, and abnormal request detection.
However, no internet transmission, mobile device, operating system, cloud service, or data storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, operating system settings, notification settings, and App Store account.
The Service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by applicable law.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that information has been collected from a child in a manner that requires deletion under applicable law, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
The Service may be used in multiple countries or regions.
Information may be processed or stored in countries or regions where the Service Provider, cloud service providers, platform providers, or third-party service providers operate.
By using the Service, users understand that information may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, or reset of service-related data.
Requests can be made through the in-app support menu or by email.

The Service Provider may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and process it properly.
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in laws, service features, app structure, subscription features, third-party service policies, or operational needs.
Important changes may be announced in the app or through other appropriate methods where required.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective may be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
