We may request personal information from you when you use our mobile apps and website or book a taxi through Linkoping.Taxi services, including but not limited to the following:

We collect general data such as name, e-mail, phone number, place of residence (data is provided to us by the driver).

We collect geolocation data such as geolocation of the customer when requesting for a ride on the rider app. For drivers, we collect their geolocation and driving routes data. This data is gathered using the Taxi Point Driver app. Driver location data is always collected and sent to our servers when the app is use and also when the app is in the background.

Information about vehicles including registration number and compliance status data is provided to us by the driver.

Usage data such as driver's engagement and Driver's engagement and interactions on our service and driver ratings including Driver Score is collected.

We collect Identification/verification data such as driver's license, photo, and identity documents.

Offences data such as data about criminal convictions and offences, where permitted under local laws and regulations are collected.

Communication and correspondence records such as when the customer or driver engages with our in-app chat, the date and time of the communication, and its content are collected.

We collect information about your activity in the application, which we use to provide you with the services of Taxi Point, including features to personalize your experience. Includes finding you the preferred and proposing a favorite menu or activity in the application.

We collect trip information, such as your pickup and drop-off locations and dates.

The user understands and consciously and without coercion from any party agrees to accept all the terms and conditions stated in this Taxi Point Privacy Policy.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your prior consent. Third parties providing services on our behalf, for example, payment processing and customer support, may access your personal information.
