Overview This Privacy Policy explains how LinkedIn Emails Extractor & Auto Mail Sender ("the Extension") handles your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or commercial purposes.

What Data We Collect The Extension collects only what is needed to function: email addresses extracted from publicly visible LinkedIn posts, your search keywords and filters (stored locally), a Gmail OAuth token to send emails on your behalf, usage statistics to manage subscription limits, and your subscription status stored in Firebase.

What We Do NOT Collect We never read your Gmail inbox, access your LinkedIn private messages, track your browsing history, collect your name or payment details, or store any data beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Data Extracted emails are used solely to populate your outreach list. Gmail API access is used only to send emails you compose inside the extension. Firebase stores only your user ID and subscription plan. All other data stays on your local device.

Third-Party Services The Extension uses Google Gmail API, Firebase by Google, and Razorpay for payments. Each is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage & Security Most data is stored locally in your browser via Chrome's storage API and never leaves your device. Subscription data in Firebase is protected by Firebase security rules.

Your Rights You can delete all local data anytime using "Clear All" inside the extension or by uninstalling it. To revoke Gmail access, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete Firebase data, contact us directly.

Changes We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the extension means you accept any updates.
