Welcome to DMAuto! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkDrop website (https://dmauto.in) and our Instagram automation services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
DmAuto provides software tools that allow creators and businesses to automate Direct Messages (DMs) on Instagram based on specific keyword triggers found in post and Reel comments.
2. Meta Compliance and Account Risk
Our service operates using the official Meta Graph API. By using LinkDrop, you agree that:
You will strictly comply with the Instagram Community Guidelines and Meta's Terms of Service.
You will not use our tool to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, harassment, or illegal content.
Assumption of Risk: Meta retains the right to rate-limit, restrict, or ban Instagram accounts that exhibit spam-like behavior. LinkDrop provides the automation infrastructure but is not responsible or liable for any penalties, shadowbans, or account suspensions imposed by Meta due to your use of our service.
3. User Accounts and Security
To use DmAuto, you must authenticate via Facebook Login for Business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook and Instagram accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your LinkDrop dashboard.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
LinkDrop offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
Paid services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for partially used billing periods. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Service Availability and API Limitations
We strive to ensure 99% uptime, but LinkDrop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because our service relies heavily on the Meta Graph API, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if Meta experiences downtime, changes their API rules, or temporarily revokes our application access.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your LinkDrop account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, violate Meta's policies, or use our platform for malicious purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkDrop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
