This Privacy Policy explains how LEAH DEE ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Linimo mobile application ("the App"). Contact: leahdee22@icloud.com .
Drawings and photos you choose to animate. When you tap "Bring to life", the drawing or photo you created or selected is sent to our servers and to our AI processing providers to generate an animation. We do not use your images for any other purpose and do not sell them.
Generated videos. Animations are created on our servers and downloaded to your device. Copies on our servers are deleted automatically after 3 days.
Content stored on your device. Your drawings, photos, scans, edits and exported videos are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them unless you send them for animation.
Purchase information. Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Apple. We use Apphud to verify purchases and manage access; Apphud assigns an anonymous user identifier. We do not receive your payment card details.
Account identifier and credits. We link an anonymous identifier to your credit balance and generation history. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to use the App.
Diagnostic data. If an error occurs, the App may send a technical error report (app version, error type). These reports do not contain your images, tokens or personal details.
Device permissions.
Camera: to take photos or scan drawings, only when you choose to.
Photos (add only): to save exported videos to your library. The App does not read your photo library; photos you pick are selected through Apple's system picker.
Notifications: to tell you when an animation is ready, if you allow it.
To generate animations you request.
To provide purchased features and credits and restore purchases.
To keep the App secure, prevent abuse and fix errors.
To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your images to train AI models.
We share information only with:
Apple (payments, App Store);
Apphud (purchase verification);
our hosting and AI processing providers, solely to generate your animations;
authorities, if required by law.
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the App and purchases), based on our legitimate interests (security, error fixing) and, where required, your consent (camera, notifications).
Images sent for animation and generated videos on our servers: deleted automatically after 3 days.
Purchase and credit records: kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Content on your device: kept until you delete it or delete the App.
You can delete all local data at any time in Settings › Delete account & data.
The App is not directed to children under 13. Children's drawings may be photographed and animated by a parent or guardian. Please do not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian or have permission. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, or object to it. To exercise these rights, contact leahdee22@icloud.com . UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to data to what is needed to run the service.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
