Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using LingoQuest, you agree to these Terms of Service:
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
You agree to use LingoQuest for language learning purposes only
You will not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the app
These terms may be updated, and continued use means acceptance
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use LingoQuest.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your LingoQuest account:
Keep your account information secure and accurate
Do not share your account with others
Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
You are responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription & Payments
LingoQuest offers premium subscriptions through the App Store:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policy
Premium features are only available to active subscribers
Free trial may be offered for first-time subscribers
Subscription prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Intellectual Property
LingoQuest content and features are protected:
All app content, designs, and algorithms are owned by LingoQuest
You cannot copy, distribute, or create derivative works
User-generated content (such as progress data) remains yours

Subscription Management
Managing your LingoQuest Premium subscription:
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
You can cancel, change, or restore subscriptions there
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app if you are not seeing Premium features
