Ling Min Hao

I am a PhD student at the Department of Statistics & Data Science at the National University of Singapore. Prior to this, I worked as a Bioinformatics Specialist at the Genome Institute of Singapore, where I develop computational methods for third generation single cell genomics data

I completed my Master's by Research in Statistics at the University of Malaya, where I developed an image preprocessing protocol and machine learning approach specifically for small sample fly wings image classification incorporated with model explainability. Previously, I did a bachelor's degree in theoretical mathematics at the  University of Science Malaysia & Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Italy
