Take a video of you doing a 1-minute #lineupworkout . Have fun!
Make your first donation to help those in need right now. It could be your local food bank, the WHO COVID-19 Relief Fund, or the United Way, or any organization which is helping people right now.
Make your second donation to a long-term cause to provide hope to others. It can be any charity you want, like Unicef, Dravet Canada, JumpStart, Love for Lewiston, or the United Way. If you like the kind of wacky innovation demonstrated in the #lineupworkout video, you can support my program of open-access health education initiatives through making a donation to the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary (be sure to put "#lineupworkout" in the comments box).
