Hi there, my name is Lindsey Garcia, and I am excited to be your SBS (Structured Behavior Support) teacher!  I was born and raised in a small town around Lubbock, Texas. My husband, Tim, works for for Coca Cola, which is what brought us here.  We have always wanted to live in the Austin area and we have loved it here for the past 10 years. I have 4 amazing children: Jaden is 25, Macey is 22, Shelby is 18 and Emory is 14.  In Lubbock, I attended Texas Tech University before transferring to Wayland Baptist University where I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees.  I have been in education since 2006 and I have worked in adult education, high school English and also special education. I love reading coffee, Diet Coke, cooking, photography, working out, hiking, all types of music, dancing, singing, sporting events, being a mom and I really love all things Harry Potter : ) I mean, really I just like to have fun! I'm so excited to get to know all of you this year!
