I'm a PhD candidate in Higher Education at the University of Michigan and an IES predoctoral fellow under the Ford School's Education Policy Initiative. I will be on the job market in 2026.
My research uses large-scale administrative datasets and statistical tools in causal inference and text-as-data analysis (NLP) to examine how the content of high school and college courses shapes students' skilling trajectories and early career decisions.
