A Letter From Ava

Hey Y’all!

My name is Ava Cain and I’m looking forward to being your chair for Press Corps! I am a senior and I have been helping with LIMUN for the past year, acting as a secretary for last year’s conference.

This committee is less focused on participating in the traditional Model UN experience but instead on coverage of the conference through observations, interviews, and press conferences. In Press Corps, we will all be working together to produce a newsletter for everyone at the end of the conference.

Now, let me tell you a little bit more about myself:

• I’m constantly rewatching my favorite movie, Pride and Prejudice (2005, the best version).

• My favorite musical artist is Zach Bryan.

• I believe the best genre of movie is rom-coms, but horror is a close second.

• I have kept bibs from every race I run, it’s well over 50 at this point.

Press Crops is perfect for anyone looking for a fun and dynamic committee, with plenty of collaboration and observations throughout the process of making the newsletter.

Can’t wait to see you in committee!

With love,

Ava K. Cain
