Just a few weeks after dropping No Man's Land, Lil zMac dropped his debut mixtape, Life, on June 15, 2024. With almost no rollout aside from a preview of the first five tracks, the project was initially released in two parts—Side A and Side B—though they are now regarded as a single album.

The tracklist includes:
“Welcome,” “yungest,” “Sucks,” “We Made It,” “thank you, dad,” “heartbroken,” “Never,” “remember you?,” “To My Younger Self,” “Sickness Freestyle,” and “Remember Me.”

The mixtape presents a conceptual journey through the human life cycle:
