I have worked on topics related to executive compensation, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, bankruptcy, M&As, and mutual funds. My past work have appeared in leading finance journals such as Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Journal of Corporate Finance.
