Riding off the curtails of D&D 5E's "Origin" system, Paedeia is an attempt at making character creation both more impactful and open-ended. Paedeia provides a complete overhaul to character creation, provides more customization, allows for more possibilities, and makes backgrounds more important, all while preserving balance and forcing more meaningful choices.
