1. Applicability
This privacy policy applies to the websites, applications, events, and other services we operate under the Likiss brand. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "services" in this privacy policy. To provide further clarity, we have included links to this privacy policy on all current services.
Some services may require separate privacy policies. If a service has a separate privacy policy, that policy will apply instead of this privacy policy.
2. Information We Collect
We all understand that we can't help you build meaningful connections without some information about you, such as basic profile information and the types of people you want to meet. We also collect information related to how you use our services, such as your browsing history, and information from third parties, like when you access our services through a social media account or when you upload information from your social media account to complete your profile. Information you provide to us:
When you create an account, you provide us with at least your email address, along with some other basic information needed for the service, such as your name, gender, date of birth, and your photo.
When you complete your profile, you may share other information with us, such as a bio, interests, and other information about yourself, along with content like where you studied, your current job, your current location... To add a specific type of content like a photo, you may allow us access to your camera or photo album.
If you contact our customer care team, we collect the information you provide during the interaction.
If you share information about others with us (for example, if you use a friend's contact information for a feature), we process this information under your authorization to fulfill that request.
Of course, we also process your chats with other members as well as the content you post, as that is necessary to operate the services.
Information we receive from other sources:
Members: Members may provide information about you when they use our services, such as when they interact with you or if they report something about you.
Social media: You may choose to share information with us through your social media accounts, such as when you decide to create and log in to your Likiss account through a social media account or another account (like Facebook, Google, or Apple).
Other partners: We may receive information about you from partners we collaborate with to place Likiss advertisements (in this case, they may share some campaign-related information). When permitted by law, we also receive information about members who are suspected or confirmed bad actors from third parties, as part of our efforts to ensure the safety and security of our members.

Your use of our services generates technical data about how you've used certain features, how you've used them, and the devices you use to access our services. More details can be found below:
Usage information: Using the services generates data about your activity on our services, such as how you use them (for example, the time you log in, the features you use, your activities, information displayed to you, links to websites or ads you interacted with) and your interactions with other members (for example, members you've connected and interacted with, the time you've chatted with those members, the number of messages you've sent and received).
Device information: We collect information from and about one or more devices you use to access our services, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device type and identifiers, app settings & features, instances of app crashes, advertising identifiers (which are randomly generated numbers you can reset by accessing the settings on your device), unique device identifiers or browser identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that can identify a device or browser uniquely.
Additional information with your consent: If you grant permission, we may collect your precise geographic location information (latitude and longitude). The collection of your precise geographic location information may occur in the background even when you're not using the services if the permission you've given us permits such collection. If you do not permit us to collect your precise geographic location information, we will not perform that collection. Similarly, if you consent, we may collect images and videos (for example, if you want to post a photo or video or participate in using live features on our services).
3. How We Use Information
The primary reason we use your information is to provide and improve our services. Additionally, we use your information to help keep you safe and to provide you with ads that may be of interest to you. C. To deliver Likiss services to you:
Sign you up and display your profile on new features and apps from Likiss.

Manage prize draws, competitions, discounts, or other promotions.
Execute and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on our services and external Likiss promotions.

Device rights: Mobile device platforms may have permission systems for types of device data and notifications, such as phone book, photos, location-related services, push notifications, and ad identifiers. Of course, if you do so, some specific services may lose the ability to serve you.
Uninstall: You can stop all data collection from an app by uninstalling that app using the standard uninstall process for your device. Please remember that uninstalling an app DOES NOT close your account. To delete an account, please use the "Delete Account"
