A private place for your training story
A finished set, an unfinished session, a target you are working toward: these are personal parts of your training. This policy explains how LiftQuill handles information while you record and review your strength sessions.
Open the app and begin
LiftQuill does not require registration, a login, or a personal profile. You do not need to supply your name or email address to use it.
What happens to your session logs
Session entries, saved progress, chosen targets, and other information you enter are kept locally on your device. The app uses those records to resume logs and display comparisons with your targets. The developer does not receive or remotely access your training history and does not maintain an online account or server containing your records.
No collection or tracking
LiftQuill does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data. It contains no advertising, tracking tools, or integrated third-party services. The app does not sell, rent, or share your information.
Keeping and removing records
Your saved information remains on your device until you remove it through available app controls or delete the app. Offloading the app may preserve its data. Copies included in device backups, if any, follow your Apple backup settings and can be managed there. The developer cannot retrieve or remove those backup copies.
If you write for support
Privacy questions can be sent to Vijneshpahuja@icloud.com. When you choose to email, the developer receives your address and the message you send and uses that correspondence to respond and resolve your inquiry. Email is separate from the app and is handled by email providers. Please include only what is needed for assistance.
Privacy for every user
LiftQuill does not collect personal information from children or adults. No account or identity details are requested.
Looking after local information
Use your device’s access controls and manage backups carefully to help protect your records. No storage method offers an absolute guarantee against loss or unauthorized access.
Scope
This policy applies to LiftQuill. Apple’s App Store, iOS, device backup services, and Google Sites hosting this policy have their own privacy practices.
Future changes
If LiftQuill’s privacy practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date revised.
