Privacy Policy — Lift Buddy

Lift Buddy ("the app") is a workout tracking app. This policy explains what

information is handled when you use it.

YOUR WORKOUT DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

Everything you enter in Lift Buddy — workouts, exercises, sets, weights,

schedules, cardio notes, and settings — is stored only on your device. We do

not operate servers, we do not require an account, and your workout data is

never transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the app (or clearing its

data in your device settings) permanently deletes this data.

ADVERTISING

Lift Buddy shows ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising

service. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information

such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and approximate (coarse)

location derived from it. This collection is performed by Google, not by us,

and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized

ads, in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Purchasing "Remove ads" inside the app permanently disables ad serving.

IN-APP PURCHASES

The optional "Remove ads" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play.

We never see or store your payment details.

NOTIFICATIONS

If you enable the rest timer, the app schedules local notifications on your

device so it can buzz when your rest is over. These never leave your phone.

CHILDREN

Lift Buddy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly

collect personal information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same

address with a new effective date.
