LifeSnaps provides photo management features, including but not limited to:
Creating, browsing, classifying, and deleting albums and photos;
Searching and organizing photos;
Basic storage optimization features.
The App may update or modify features from time to time. You agree that the App may make such changes at its discretion.
Registration is not required for basic use, but certain features may require account information or device identifiers.
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
Users are responsible for securing their devices and data. The App is not liable for any loss resulting from password leaks or device theft.
When using the App, you must not:
Upload, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content;
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation;
Collect or use other users’ personal information without permission.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
The App and its content (including interfaces, icons, and text) are owned by Favoursort Ltd.
Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.
Users retain ownership of uploaded photos but grant the App a limited license to use them for providing the service.
The App does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The App is not responsible for data loss due to technical, device, or network issues.
Indirect losses resulting from use of the App are not the App’s responsibility.
The App may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
