Welcome to Ace Clean (the “App”). Please read this Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Ace Clean is an application designed for local photo management and browsing, including but not limited to:
Viewing and organizing photos on your device
Categorizing and sorting your photos
Providing a more efficient and intuitive photo management experience
The App does not upload your photos or videos to any server. All photo processing is done locally on your device.
You must have full legal capacity, or use the App under the consent of your guardian.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and may not use the App for any illegal or infringing activities.
Ace Clean may offer subscription-based or other paid features in the future:
Subscriptions are auto-renewable, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Fees are charged through your Apple ID account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS account settings.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
The price, duration, and benefits are displayed in-app.
All content of the App, including but not limited to interface design, icons, text, and code, is owned by Ace Clean or its legal owners.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without authorization.
The App is provided “as-is” and does not guarantee error-free operation on all devices or systems.
Ace Clean is not responsible for any data loss or other issues caused by device problems, system limitations, or force majeure.
We may update this agreement to comply with laws or business needs.
Updated terms will be posted within the App or related pages and take effect upon publication.
If you do not agree with the updates, please stop using the App.
