Health Information (Optional): Health data may be provided by you optionally to enhance app functionality and personalization locally on your device.
Device or Other IDs: Utilized locally to ensure app functionality and maintain security.
2. Data Retention Policy
Because LifeCare Guardian operates without a backend server, we do not transmit or store any of your personal, health, or fitness data on external servers. Data retention is strictly local:
Local Retention: Your Health Information, Fitness Information, and associated Device data are retained locally on your device's internal storage for as long as the LifeCare Guardian application remains installed on your device.
3. Data Deletion Policy
You have absolute control over your data. Because all data is stored exclusively on your device, you can delete your data instantly at any time without needing to submit a request to us:
How to Delete Your Data: You can permanently delete all your data associated with LifeCare Guardian by doing either of the following:
Uninstalling the LifeCare Guardian application from your device.
Navigating to your device's Settings > Apps > LifeCare Guardian > Storage and selecting Clear Data.
Once you perform either of these actions, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not collect, transmit, sell, trade, or transfer your personal, health, or fitness data to outside parties. All app functionality is performed locally on your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
