Life Source Android app finds the nearest blood donor of a compatible blood group using his/her phone's live GPS data.
The app also minds the user's privacy and has features to limit his/her availability according to weekdays, hours and other features according to the user's convenience.
This project aims to cut the middleman in the process of blood donation and establish direct communication between hospital and blood donors.
In addition to the above,
A real-time chat system is also integrated to chat with medical specialists.

Hospital HomeScreen
Searching Donor
- Search the nearest donor using his latest location updates.
- Returns the nearest donors
- Call donor
- Notify donor and provide him with navigation features
Blood Donor's Home Screen
- Blood donor can set day-time @ which he/she would be visible to the search algorithm
Live Location
- The user can set his location to automatically update during course of his movement
- Or Manually update any time
Navigation Feature
- Provides map navigation
