### 2.1 Facial Behavioral Data
When you grant camera permission and initiate an analysis session, our app:
- **Captures video recordings** temporarily on your device during the analysis session (typically 15-30 seconds)
- **Processes video locally** using on-device face detection technology (Google ML Kit) to extract behavioral metrics such as:
- Blink rate and eye openness percentages
- Gaze movement patterns and stability
- Smile probability and facial expression changes
- Head position angles (pitch, yaw, roll)
- Facial landmark positions (eyes, nose, mouth coordinates)
**Data We Do NOT Collect:**
- Face biometric identifiers (face prints, face templates, face embeddings)
- Persistent user identity linked to facial data
- Data for cross-app tracking or advertising purposes
**Important:** Video recordings and facial landmark coordinates are stored temporarily on your device ONLY during active analysis and are automatically and permanently deleted upon completion. Raw video never leaves your device.
### 2.2 Audio and Speech Data
When you grant microphone permission and initiate an analysis with audio:
- **Audio is captured** from video recordings
- **Processed locally** using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework to generate text transcripts
- **Audio files are immediately deleted** after transcription
- Speech transcripts may be transmitted to our AI analysis service as described in Section 2.3
### 2.3 AI-Transmitted Data
To provide behavioral analysis results, we transmit **only numerical behavioral metrics** (not raw video or images) to Google's Gemini AI service, including:
- Approximately 20-30 numerical values per analysis (e.g., "blink_rate_per_minute: 18", "gaze_stability: 0.75")
- Speech transcript text (if audio analysis was performed)
- Analysis type and timestamp
This data is transmitted securely via HTTPS through a Cloudflare Worker proxy and is processed in real-time to generate your analysis results.
### 2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contact information
- Usage analytics or tracking data
- Persistent user accounts or profiles
## 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected facial behavioral metrics and speech transcripts solely to:
- Perform real-time behavioral pattern analysis requested by you
- Generate entertainment-focused analysis results using Google's Gemini AI
- Display analysis results within the app
- Provide core app functionality
**We do NOT use your data for:**
- Advertising or marketing purposes
- Cross-app tracking or user profiling
- Training AI models
- Any purpose other than providing the analysis you requested

- **Firebase Remote Config:** Delivers app configuration (does not receive user data)
### 4.3 No Other Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your facial behavioral data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties beyond those listed above.
## 5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- **Video recordings:** Deleted immediately after analysis completion (typically within 30 seconds)
- **Facial landmark data:** Deleted immediately after analysis completion
- **Audio files:** Deleted immediately after speech transcription
- **Numerical metrics transmitted to AI:** Processed in real-time, not persistently stored by our systems
- **Analysis results:** Stored locally on your device until you manually delete them via Settings
**User Control:** You can delete all analysis history at any time through the app's Settings screen.
## 6. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- All video processing occurs locally on-device
- HTTPS encryption for all network transmissions
- No cloud storage of video or face images
- Immediate deletion of temporary files after processing
- No user authentication system that could link analyses to persistent identities
- Bundle ID verification for API security
## 7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
## 8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
