You download and install Decipher TextMessage on your computer and NOT directly on your iPhone. When you are on your Mac or Windows computer simply click the blue download button at -decipher-textmessage.html
With your iOS device now showing up in Decipher TextMessage, you can activate the device with the product license code that you were sent after purchasing the program. This will convert the trial version to the paid version of the program for that device. Click here for instructions on how to activate a device with your Decipher TextMessage license code.
License codes are sent immediately after the purchase completes, however we find that sometimes a customer's email server might take a few minutes to deliver the email. Don't panic! Give it five or ten minutes and if you still haven't received your license code, just drop us a support email and we'll write you back with help and your license code.
You can install any Decipher Tools program on as many computers as you like! Simply click on any download link below and your web browser will automatically detect if you are on Mac or Windows and you'll have access to download that program immediately. Your license code will always remain the same no matter which computer you are on.
Each Decipher TextMessage, VoiceMail, or BackupBrowser license code is initially only valid for a fixed number of iOS devices. "Activation" is how you tell us which iPhones, iPads, and iTouches you want to apply your license to. You can add activations to your license at any time within the program or by visiting our website -management/info.php
Please note that the way the software records activations to your license code, resetting/wiping a phone and reusing it does NOT require a new activation. Only an actual new device requires a new activation.
All our software free trials will give you a good feel for the specific program you are running. If you want to have full access, you can upgrade to the paid version of any Decipher Tools product by purchasing a license code which convert the free trial to the paid version of the software.
If the free trial of Decipher TextMessage is to your liking, you can upgrade and you'll immediately be sent a unique license code. You can then use your license code to convert the trial version of the software to the paid version of the program and you'll have access to export and print all your text messages from your iPhone and any of its associated backups.
If you have just purchased Decipher TextMessage and are still running the free trial version of the software you would simply need to activate a phone with your license code and it will convert the free trial to the full/paid version of the program for that specific device and all its associated backups.
If this still doesn't help, make sure that the device you are backing up has been activated with your license code. Once a device has been activated, the iPhone or iPad (and any associated backups) will have green checkmarks on them in the left-hand column and you'll have full access to save all your messages.
After purchasing Decipher TextMessage, you are immediately sent a product license code via email that will enable you to unlock the paid version of the program. After activating a phone with your license, the device (and all of its associated backups) will have green activation check marks on them in the left hand column of the program like in the example below.
