NEST: (Nayanta Educational Sources Terminal) is a scholarly gateway to Open Access Resources (OARs) compiles internationally and nationally developed OARs suitable for higher education. It redirects users, to the open content sites based on their selection criteria. The NEST is an outcome of internship and is aimed at optimising the usage of OARs by the Nayanta community.
NEST presents a list of OARs that correspond to the applied filter or search criteria. Users may access the desired OAR content/website by selecting the corresponding title from the search results and clicking on it.
Vision of NEST
• To be a one-stop window of OARs for Nayanta students in their self-learning journey and for Faculty to integrate OARs to their teaching.
Mission of NEST
• To compile internationally and nationally developed OARs hosting open content for higher education.
Objective of NEST
To be an accessible source of compiled OARs relevant to the Nayanta University curriculum.
