Set up by Istanbul Accueil, a non governmental organization (NGO) for the French speakers in Istanbul, La Librairie Solidaire sells second hand books in English, at reduced prices, in both pocket and original formats.
Istanbul Accueil is a not for profit organization.
It conducts various initiatives and projects. The Librairie Solidaire’s aim is to help to finance Istanbul-based third party charities.
