Korea Institute of Psycho-education co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "company") values customers' personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.

■ Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
In principle, the information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the period specified for the following reasons:
A. Reasons for information Retention Based on the Company’s Internal Policy
Even if a member withdraws, the company may retain the member's information for three years from the date of termination of the service contract in order to prevent the recurrence of illegal use of the defective member, resolve the dispute, and cooperate with the investigation agency's request.
B. Reasons for Information Retention under Relevant Statutes
If it is necessary to preserve it under the provisions of the relevant statutes, such as the Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc., the company shall keep the member information for a certain period as prescribed by the relevant statutes as follows.

- Preservation period: 3 years

■ Procedure and Method for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. Disposal procedures and methods are as follows.
o Destruction Procedure
Information entered for membership of a member is transferred to a separate DB (separate filing box in case of paper) after the purpose is achieved, and is stored for a certain period of time (see retention and use period) according to internal policies and other related statutes. Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than those held by law.
o Method for Destruction
Personal information stored in an electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot play the records.
■ Personal Information Provision
In principle, the company does not provide customers' personal information to the outside world. However, the following cases are excluded.
o Where users have agreed in advance
o When there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the provisions of the Act or in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by the Act for investigation purposes
■ Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise Thereof
o Users can inquire or modify their personal information registered at any time or request the cancellation of their subscription.
o Users can view, correct, or withdraw their personal information by clicking either "Change Personal Information" (or "Modify Member Information") in order to check or modify users' personal information or "Membership Withdrawal" in order to terminate membership (withdrawal of consent).
o Or if you contact the person in charge of personal information protection by writing, calling or email, we will take action without delay.
o If you request the correction of personal information errors, we do not use or provide such personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if the wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction result without delay so that the correction can be made.
o The company handles personal information that has been revoked or deleted at the request of the user as specified in the "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information collected by the company" and cannot view or use it for other purposes.
o Minors under the age of 18 cannot sign up or use the service.
