Stacy blamed WCHT for raccoons getting into the attic above the salon space. Yet, this is how Stacy and her employees handled their trash. First they left their trash in front of the empty dumpster. Later they would put it on top of the dumpster and throw loose trash including food remnants and containers in the surrounding shrubs and grass. What disgusting pigs!

WCHT spent hours cleaning up all their litter and then called the dumpster company to remove the dumpster which they gladly did since just like her rent and all her other utilities, she had not paid the bill for months.
