I am currently working as a postdoc fellow at the Department of Health Technology and Informatics, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before that I worked as a researcher in the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan.
I graduated from the Department of Information and Communications Engineering, School of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2023, supervised by Prof. Imari SATO. Before that, I obtained my Master's degrees from SOKENDAI and Wuhan University, in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
I was a research fellow (DC2) of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), from 2021 to 2023. And I participated the ImPACT program of the Council for Science, Technology and Innovation, Cabinet Office, Government of Japan, during the same time.
I was fortunately working with Prof. Yinqiang Zheng, Prof. Gene CHEUNG, and Prof. Zhenzhong CHEN during my studies. I also collaborated with Doctor Hiroki KAJITA from Keio University School of Medicine, Taichiro IDA and Hideaki IWAZAKI from Advantest Corporation.
I am broadly interested in the general area of medical image processing, aiming to utilize computer vision, AI, and graph signal processing techniques to enhance the usability of medical images in real clinical practice.
My current research interests especially focus on magnetic resonance image processing, including reconstruction and motion correction.
