EMO Ako! — My Way to Let Go of Negative Emotions
On a clean sheet of bondpaper, draw a big cloud at the center. Inside the cloud, write or draw 3 negative emotions you sometimes feel (examples: anger, sadness, frustration, fear). For each negative emotion, think of a positive and healthy way to let it go or manage it.
Write or draw these solutions around the cloud using arrows pointing outward.
👉 Example:
Anger → “I will take deep breaths and count to 10.”
Sadness → “I will share my feelings with a friend or family member.”
Frustration → “I will take a short break and do something I enjoy.”
