Stress-Free Me
Create a poster titled “Stress-Free Me.”
At the center of your poster, place a photo of yourself (or draw yourself) smiling or looking relaxed.
Identify 3–5 things that often cause you stress.
Write or draw these around your picture. You can include things like schoolwork, responsibilities at home, friendship issues, or time pressure.
For each stressor, think of a positive way to handle it.
Write down or illustrate your healthy solutions or habits. Example:
Stressor: Too much homework → Solution: Make a daily schedule.
Stressor: Arguments with friends → Solution: Stay calm and talk it out.
Stressor: Feeling tired → Solution: Sleep early and take short breaks.
