I am an assistant professor at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Germany, where I work on topics in labour, family & gender economics. My research aims at understanding how social norms and institutions affect economic behaviour and shape social inequalities, in particular with respect to gender. To gain insights that can inform policy, I use tools from behavioural and experimental economics as well as survey and administrative data.
